1. On-site consultation & survey
We check the condition of your render, brick and masonry, talk through colours that suit your home and give you a clear written quote.
2. Soft washing
A soft-wash treatment kills algae, moss and lichen at the root, followed by a gentle clean suited to each surface – never harsh pressure on render.
3. Crack & render repair
Cracks are raked out and filled and damaged render is patched, so the new finish sits on a sound surface.
4. Preparation & protection
Walls are scraped, sanded and primed, while windows, doors, plants and paving are masked and covered.
5. Premium masonry application
Two coats of premium, weather-resistant masonry paint, chosen to stand up to Irish rain, wind and damp.
6. Final inspection & tidy site
We walk the property with you, finish any touch-ups and leave everything clean and tidy.
